Pinnacle is registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB).How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s SuccessYou are the first caretaker of PTT’s generous donors. You have ownership of the receiving, documenting, checking-in, storage, and monitoring donors received through shipment. Your detailed orientation to this process is paramount to the efficiency and quality of donor processing, which creates life-changing treatments for ailments ranging from spinal disc degeneration to wound care.Work hours: Thursday - Sunday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (4/10s)Work environment: Warehouse environment in a Manufacturing facilityLocation: North Phoenix, near 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak RoadPay Rate: $21.00/hour plus 11% Shift Differential for each hour workedWhat You Will Do

  • Support / maintain 5S practices and standards.
  • Actively participate in teamwork, collaboration, and respectful interactions.
  • Comply with all applicable OSHA, FDA, cGMP, cGTP, HIPPA, AATB, Universal Precautions, and PTT Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
  • Receive all donors through shipping, checking condition, and matching packing slips.
  • Check-in donors, checking and documenting temperatures, and reorganizing freezers for capacity.
  • Document all donor receiving steps executed and maintain compliance at expected output rates.
  • Report discrepancies or issues to your leadership and Donor Services department via email, phone, and/ or face-to-face communication.
  • Contain and disposition all non-conformances per PTT QMS procedures.
  • Complete discards generated from Donor Services with complete documentation in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Production Planning team for pulling donors to thaw within the given timeframe.
  • Follow proper PPE and safety procedures per requirements of the role.
  • Perform monthly inventory counts for all tissue.
  • Stay current on all company required training.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

What Qualifications You Will Bring

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to work within Microsoft Office and other internal systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to multitask.

Who You Will Partner With

  • Your Manager - You will have daily verbal and written communication with your manager and/or operations leadership to ensure daily goals are understood and executed with speed and quality.
  • Your Team - Regularly work in independent and team settings maintaining professional communication with all PTT team members. 

Where You Will WorkFull Time position (40 hours or more), hours may include evenings and weekends to perform tasks outlined in the job description.You will work mostly in a warehouse environment in a manufacturing facility in North Phoenix, having contact with human tissue and bone and subject to ultra-low temperatures. You are required to wear protective clothing including but not limited to eye protection, gloves, freezer suit with face mask, boots, etc.Your work is physical in nature requires bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting containers weighing up to 50+ pounds.

The work will require standing for long periods of time, occasionally exerting up to 20+ pounds of force, and frequently lifting 20+ pounds to move objects. Requires repetitive motion with substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.You may be required to use equipment including but not limited to controlled rate freezers, dry ice, desktop computers, and general office equipment.Benefits/Total Rewards
