The Gig:

As a Service Technician, you're at the forefront of providing repeat service to our customers.

Your Playbook:

Chemistry Guru: Travel from pool to pool, transporting and delivering pool chemicals (including but not limited to chlorine, algaecides, pH balancers, muriatic acid) performing advanced chemistry and testing of water, adding chemicals to pools, and skimming and vacuuming pools to be picture-perfect.
Diagnostic Expert: Learn to diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment.
Sales Performer: Utilize advanced selling with equipment upgrades, chemicals and any other background products. Techs will be trained to be knowledgeable and comfortable talking about any equipment or pool-related maintenance service that we sell.
Documentation Pro: Log all pool services performed at each pool to notify customers their services have been completed
Team Collaborator: Communicate with construction and warranty divisions when needed by giving recommendations regarding customer claims.

What You Bring:

Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
1-3 years technical or customer service experience
Exceptional customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication and telephone etiquette.
Attention to detail
Safety savvy and a commitment to following protocols.
A valid driver's license because we're giving you a company vehicle!
Bonus points if you've got previous pool service experience.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools Corporation operates in the leisure industry, offering in-ground residential swimming pools, spas and related products in the United States. The Company was formed to acquire the assets and business of a predecessor corporation. That predecessor corporation was the successor to the pool installation businesses of Pennsylvania-based Sylvan Pools and California-based Anthony Pools. Sylvan Pools was a pool installer in the northeast, with operations stretching out to the southeast, Texas and Nevada. Anthony Pools was a pool company on the west coast of the United States. In 1996, the parent company of Sylvan Pools purchased Anthony Pools and combined the two businesses under the name Anthony & Sylvan. Anthony & Sylvan has built over 350,000 pools in its history.
