Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide weekly analysis with insights, actions and impacts2. Utilize data visualization to tell the story in a meaningful and understandable way3. Understand business objectives to generate project information, action items, schedule, and deliverables for the Walmart merchant team4. Assist the line review process with data to make recommendations on optimal assortments, planogram space allocation and flow5. Monitor content shifting and the associated trends reflected in the marketplace6. As a category analyst you will play a critical role in supporting the category advisor team and building a strong partnership with Walmart7.
Keep abreast of customer KPIs, strategies, and other important information8. Perform other duties as assignedQualifications Needed:1. Experience in Data Analytics2. Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint3. Ability to solve problems utilizing data4. Able to work independently in a remote work setting as well as interact with others and work effectively within a team5. Good planning and organizing skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously6. Availability in Central Time Zone with flexibility based on business needs
