The Marketing Analyst role serves as a foundational stepping stone towards becoming a Marketing Manager. In this early career position, professionals will gain comprehensive knowledge and experience, preparing them to eventually lead strategic initiatives for one of our sales teams. This individual will grow to have broad latitude and creative control, write, design, and produce original thought leadership content, and execute strategic campaigns that drive business. The Marketing Analyst will work in tandem with Marketing and Sales colleagues companywide to help develop, deliver and execute on goals while deepening use of marketing tools.
This role, like all roles at First American, carries a high degree of responsibility and authority.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, with at least 2 years of marketing experience
- Ability to independently generate and execute on ideas
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication style
- Interest in gaining a deep knowledge of both content writing and design skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, build group consensus, and deliver on commitments
- Ability to reinforce the value of marketing using data to support goal achievement
- Experience with Canva, InDesign, event management, and B2B marketing will be considered a plus
