Summary/Objective
Responsible for accurately and efficiently conducting a 100% travel and health documentation check where required for high-risk services, while maintaining a balance of customer service in an effective and professional manner. Serve as gate agent for the outbound flight, including boarding of passengers.
Essential Functions

Review and validate travel documentation to identify improper or fraudulent documents. Conduct verification in a courteous manner to minimize guest complaints. Escalate complex cases to the Supervisor or Etihad Regulatory Compliance Unit as needed. Adhere to Etihad Airways' call/email guidelines and maintain quality control. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for offloading reports and coordinate with airport authorities.Competencies

Physical Demands
This position is very active and requires stand or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet). Occasionally bend/twist at waist/knees/neck, pulling and pushing to perform various duties. The employee occasionally lifts and/or move up to 70 poundsor more.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED.Minimum 2 years experience in an airport frontline or hospitality related role.Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must exhibit exceptional customer serviceAs a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation.Strong written and verbal English Language.Must possess effective interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.Working knowledge of policies, procedures and processes within the travel industry.
