They champion a diverse workforce and provide support through the entire employee life cycle.
The HR Generalist is also expected to maintain effective levels of business literacy about GreenPath & Clarifi as a whole and keep up with human resources industry changes. Although this position is a GreenPath role, it is designed to fully support their affiliate, Clarifi, and all of their human resources business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
- Leverage your proficiency in MS Office and HR/Benefit/Payroll systems to streamline HR processes.
- Demonstrate your project and time management skills by prioritizing value-added activities.
- Apply your strong business acumen, facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills to support organizational goals.
- Drive positive change throughout the organization with your proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of human resources work experience required.
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience in integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies into the employee experience and business operations.
- Strong understanding of state and Philadelphia employment laws.
- Experience with FMLA administration and Philadelphia-specific leave laws.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit and talk or hear while performing job duties.
- Must be able to travel as needed (less than 20%).
- Ability to work flexible hours as necessary.
- Must be local to Philadelphia and willing to work in a hybrid environment, 3 days in the Clarifi Center City office and 2 days remotely.
Target salary range $60,000-70,000, based on experience.
