Recruiter + Special Projects Associate
About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Recruiter + Special Projects Associate to join our Business Operations team. This unique role combines full-cycle recruiting responsibilities with strategic business operations projects, offering a diverse and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting (60%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Use data enrichment + email sequencing tools (salesflow, mixmax, etc.) to reach out to candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment metrics
- Create and update job descriptions
- Represent the company at recruiting events and career fairs
Special Projects (40%)
- Support business operations initiatives and process improvement projects
- Analyze data and prepare reports for leadership team
- Assist in developing and implementing new operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Help maintain and optimize internal documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills
- Proficiency with productivity tools (G Suite, Microsoft Office)
- Experience with project management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
