What We Look For in Future L&D Hires
We regularly seek professionals with experience in:
- Instructional design (internal, external, or customer-facing)
- Learning program development and facilitation
- Leadership development and manager training
- Onboarding program design and optimization
- Sales enablement and performance support
- Tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Google Vids, LMS platforms, or AI-based learning tools
