All of us push code, some of us build hardware, and none of uswants to wait another decade for cars and drones to be driving themselves.As a Manufacturing Engineer, role and responsibility is to work with manufacturing team to preparereadiness of process and tooling for high volume production.
This will be a hands-on position to supportprocess design, tooling development and validation, process capability and throughput improvements.There will be collaboration work with design engineers to ensure new designs meet design formanufacturability goals, which may require implement of design changes for sustaining products, resolvetechnical issues from manufacturing process, and perform failure analysis to seek for optimum solutionsin production. Perform DFM, DFMEA/ PFMEA reviews with product design Eng, CM and suppliers. Develop process recipe, tooling and equipment requirements for production. Perform failure analysis and solutions This position will require international travelBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Min 3-5 years’ experience in wire bond, die placement, adhesive displacement andencapsulation. Experience in operating high precision wire bonding machine, die placement, dispenser machinePreferred Qualifications: Experience in Micro-Electronic and SMT environment Experience in operating DATACON, MRSI, …, etc.
