Main Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Create comprehensive social media strategies tailored to specific goals, target audiences within Egypt and GCC, in the entertainment industry. This involves defining objectives, identifying key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X,Snapchat, YouTube are prominent in Egypt and GCC), and planning long-term approaches.
  • Content Planning & Management: Develop and oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the Egyptian audience. This includes creating content calendars and scheduling posts.
  • Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and manage organic and oversee the paid social media campaigns to promote specific entertainment content.
  • Community Management: Oversee audience engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely when needed and culturally appropriate manner (often requiring fluent Arabic), foster community interaction, and manage online reputation.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports with insights on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, ROI) and use data to refine strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay constantly updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging tools, particularly within the Egyptian and GCC digital landscape and the entertainment sector.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (content, creative, marketing, PR) and potentially external partners (Sponsors and influencers, and other stakeholders ) to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify relevant Egyptian or GCC influencers and manage collaborations to promote client projects.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Work Arrangements


    • Working Hours: 8 hours.
    • Working Type : Hybrid
    • Days Off: 2 days per week
    • On-Site Work: Required based on business needs

    Ideal Profile


    Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.Experience 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the media and entertainment field. Experience working within a digital marketing agency, PR agency, or specifically within the media/entertainment industry is highly valuable.Linguistic Skills English - ArabicComputer Skills Word – Excel - PowerPoint Skills

    Platform Expertise:

    Deep understanding of major social media platforms popular in Egypt and their best practices.

    Content Creation:

    Strong writing, editing, and creative skills. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (like Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

    Analytical Skills:

    Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

    Strategic Thinking:

    Ability to see the bigger picture and develop long-term plans.

    Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

    Excellent ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with teams, and manage client relationships.

    Cultural Understanding:

    Deep understanding of Egyptian and GCC culture, trends, humor, and social etiquette is crucial for creating relevant and effective content

    Organizational Skills:

    Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients or projects.
