Position Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant – Receivables to join our Finance team in Auckland. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the Accounts Receivable function across the New Zealand and Australian operations of Medtech. The successful candidate will handle billing, customer account maintenance, reconciliation, and liaise cross-functionally to support customer and internal stakeholder needs.

  • Contract and Customer Data Management
  • Customer Communication and Issue Resolution
  • Monthly Billing and Finance Operations
  • Sales & Project Team Support

Qualifications and Experience


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or business administration (preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
