The candidate must reference their ability and experience in working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team.Working under the supervision of their respective Team Lead the candidate must be a fast starter, able to work independently in a team environment with the ability to perform the following duties and responsibilities:• Act as customer central POC for warehouse logistics related work orders, projects, and activities• Respond to internal and external equipment related queries (i.e. serial/part number adjustments, disposal, inbound/outbound status, delivery status)• Monitor and redirect customer related communication• Maintain, update, report required weekly and monthly metrics• Support the physical receiving, shipping, storage of customer equipment on an as needed basis• Coordinate Incidental Bill of Material (IBOM) and related Implementation Request (IR) revisions• Attend 2 – 4 team and customer meetings • Track, report, and troubleshoot, expedited and return customer shipments • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, (Raymond Lift certification required within the first 30-days)Minimum Requirements:• Bachelor’s or associate degree, and at least 5 years of warehouse management and logistics related experience or High school diploma/GED, and at least 7 years of logistics analysis experience.• Experience in the integrated logistics support field, including any of the following areas of warehouse management, logistics program planning and concept development; provisioning, supply support, and inventory control; logistics automated information systems and analysis tools; maintenance concepts and requirements analyses• Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance.
Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Military Experience in a Supply Career Management Field• Experience in supply, stockroom, warehouse, and inventory operations• Familiarity with Network Infrastructure equipment, MS 365 tools (Intermediate Level), MS SharePoint• Experience with direct customer support, problem solving, conflict resolution - Strong written and verbal skills are a must

• Travel: Occasion local travel to within a fifty-mile radius to customer location• Work Location: At contractor location in Ashburn Virginia • Work Schedule: 8AM – 5PM, telework 2 – days per week, at the discretion of CRS and the customer
