What you'll be doing


The Ad Operations team serves as a liaison between sales, project management, and the design teams to ensure campaign fulfilment and client satisfaction. Ad Ops is responsible for supporting the sales team from pre- to post-sales cycle for an assigned list of digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities


  • Supporting the response to client briefs
  • Activating digital advertising campaigns
  • Monitoring delivery
  • Optimising to ensure the best performance
  • Liaising with clients/sales to update on progress
  • Provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Working with sales and marketing to refine the product offering

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve


  • Experience using GAM (Google Ad Manager)
  • An understanding of digital ad formats
  • Experience of using third-party tags across various vendors
