Events Marketing Manager

RevenueWellWorldwideRemote

Founded in 2010, we started RevenueWell because we saw a way to use the latest marketing automation technology to help dentists build better, more connected relationships with their patients and communities. We think it’s a problem worth solving, and thousands of dental practices across the country seem to agree. The company has grown very quickly over the last few years, and we’re now a team of about 200 diverse people that are committed to our mission, super-focused on our product, and fanatical about helping our customers succeed.
In December 2019, we partnered with Marlin Equity Partners to help us aggressively expand our vision in healthcare. Since then, we have more than doubled our footprint (through strong organic growth and acquisition of PBHS) to over 12,000 customers, and we are just getting started! If you are excited about healthcare, working with talented people, aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, and want to help build a healthcare technology company that makes a real difference for providers and patients – this opportunity might just be for you.

WHY WE’RE LOOKING:

We’re looking for a dynamic Events Marketing Manager to lead our events strategy, with a heavy focus on trade shows (think ADA Annual Meeting and regional dental expos—about one per month). You’ll be the driving force behind showcasing RevenueWell’s SaaS solutions and Marketing Services to dental professionals, generating leads, and strengthening our brand in the industry. Working within our marketing team, you’ll collaborate with sales and customer success to craft experiences that turn attendees into customers.

Expect to travel about 20% of the time to make it all happen.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Own Trade Show Execution: Plan and manage approximately 12 trade shows per year, from booth design to on-site logistics, ensuring RevenueWell stands out as the go-to SaaS solution for dental practices.
  • Drive Lead Generation: Build pre-event buzz through targeted campaigns (email, social, website) and coordinate post-event follow-ups with sales to convert dental prospects into clients.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Partner with our dozen-strong marketing crew, product experts, and sales team to highlight our platform’s value and showcase client success stories.
  • Handle Logistics: Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, coordinate travel, and oversee setup/teardown, delivering flawless events every time.
  • Track ROI: Use RevenueWell’s CRM and analytics tools to measure event performance and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay Budget-Savvy: Keep events cost-effective while delivering high-quality experiences that resonate with dental professionals.
  • Know the Dental Space: Leverage your SaaS expertise to connect with dental decision-makers and position RevenueWell as their must-have partner.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3+ years of event marketing experience, with a track record of managing trade shows for a B2B SaaS company selling into the dental industry.
  • Proven ability to juggle monthly events with top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative and strategic, with a knack for turning trade show booths into lead-generating machines.
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Zoom, or similar platforms for promotion and execution.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a small, collaborative team
  • Ready to travel ~20% of the time to represent RevenueWell at trade shows across the U.S.
  • Bonus: Existing relationships in the dental industry or familiarity with RevenueWell’s platform.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Competitive Compensation: This position offers a base salary and bonus. Employees who demonstrate successful goal attainment and commitment will have the opportunity for career growth and advancement in the organization.

  • Entrepreneurial Culture: You manage your business. We strongly encourage our Employees to leverage their skill sets and creativity to provide the best service and solutions to our current clients.

  • Work/Life Balance: A super laid-back environment where hustle goes a long way and work is enjoyable. A true Work Hard Play Hard mentality. We believe in working hard, for our clients every day while ensuring satisfaction in your role and ample time to enjoy activities outside of work. Along with having remote flexibility.

  • YOU Make the Difference:  You’ll spend your days building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.  You will be consulting with health professionals to help them be more profitable, to be more present for their patients, and to make office life easier!

  • Great Benefits: Several comprehensive benefit offerings to choose from and a no-wait 401k plan with company match.
