Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Integrations Specialist to join our growing team. This person will work directly with clients and internal teams to scope, plan, and execute third-party software integrations. You’ll be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing clear communication throughout the process, and ensuring integrations are completed smoothly and successfully. An important part of this role includes auditing existing workflows and integrations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit existing integrations and workflows to evaluate performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and understand their integration needs.
- Own the integration process end-to-end—from planning to execution to post-deployment support.
- Communicate proactively and clearly with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration logic, data flow, or API connectivity.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for both internal use and client reference.
- Follow through on tasks meticulously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

- Comfortable managing multiple projects or client requests at once.
- Analytical, curious, and capable of evaluating existing systems with a critical eye.
- Committed to seeing things through—no loose ends.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar integrations, systems auditing, or technical support role.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Someone who can balance technical depth with business-level communication.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
