Project Manager/Consultant - B2BHouston, Texas (Hybrid) – PMP Certification pref.
Project Manager with a minimum 5 years’ experience managing B2B service provider projects to the value of $5,000 to $2M.This role will serve as the primary point of contact with clients, necessitating excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence, as well as strong influencing and active listening skills. Mentors team members, i.e. production, technical writers, and others in project management principles and best practices including the establishment of clear project structure, definition of goals, and management of scope, risks, and effective communication.
The Role
Budget Management
:
Manages project budgets while ensuring expenditures align with financial constraints. Tracks and reports on financial performance, identifies and addresses variances.
Process / Continuous Improvement
: Identifies opportunities for improving and streamlining processes.
Project Planning and Execution:
Develops comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Quality Assurance
: Ensures all documentation meets high standards of accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Implements project control processes and conducts regular reviews.
Reporting:
Provides regular updates to company management on project status, including weekly progress reports. Immediately informs management of any issues or risks that might impact project success.
Team Leadership:
Assigns tasks based on individual strengths and project needs, provides mentorship, while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

This role could be contract, temporary to full-time, with a salary equivalent up to $100,000
.
Candidates must reside in the Greater Houston area or be prepared to relocate at own cost.
