Position Summary


The Director, Ecosystem Strategy & Operations will play a critical leadership role within Vena’s Ecosystem Strategy team, working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience and Executive Leadership to drive the execution and evolution of our partner strategy across the CPM industry and Microsoft partner ecosystem.You will lead the scaling and optimization of ecosystem strategy, operations, and programs that fuel both near and long-term growth. This role is focused on delivering value to new and existing partners, aligning internal strategy and reporting, and identifying opportunities to close gaps or unlock net-new business value that benefits all stakeholders.In close collaboration with the Partner Sales organization, you will help maximize impact across our growing network of Referral Partners, Solution Integrators, Service Delivery Partners, and Resellers.

Your work will ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence across partners and accounts. Additionally, you will have a direct influence on the evolution of Vena’s global go-to-market and partner marketing strategies as we continue to scale our ecosystem and expand our global market presence.

What you will do


  • Help lead and execute a comprehensive ecosystem go-to-market and operations strategy aligned with Vena’s corporate growth objectives.
  • Act as the primary connector across cross-functional teams building and evolving our partner strategy and operational infrastructure to drive alignment, engagement, and shared value.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to launch and scale strategic partner initiatives that create alignment across teams, deepen partner engagement, and deliver value to shared customers.
  • Support partner acquisition efforts by identifying high-potential prospects, crafting Ideal Partner Profiles (IPPs), shaping a new partner journey aligned to outcomes, launching co-marketing campaigns, and defining KPIs to measure success.
  • Design and continuously improve the partner lifecycle - from onboarding through activation and long-term growth - to ensure a streamlined, scalable, and outcome-driven partner experience.
  • Enhance the partner referral program by aligning it to our Partner Maturity Model, simplifying agreements, and refining incentives to maximize performance and partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and evolve the Partner Maturity Model to segment and engage partners based on strategic fit, performance, and stage of maturity, guiding tailored enablement and investment.

Does this sound like you?


  • 5+ years in GTM Operations or Partnership Operations ideally in B2B SaaS ideally with experience in CPM or Microsoft partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and partner-led go-to-market strategies
  • A clear and compelling communicator with strong change management skills and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful, with demonstrated strength in stakeholder alignment, relationship building, and program execution
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities while driving meaningful results
