Job summary:
Shows competent skills associated with the labor category, performs moderately complex tasks independently and complex tasks with some guidance and feedback, and completes tasks on time and to a standard that is satisfactory.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5 years professional experience related to labor category
Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in any field
- >7 years of professional experience related to the labor category
Travel:
Occasional travel may be required
