Overview


Verkada is seeking an experienced (Senior) Channel Marketing Manager to build out our partner marketing strategy with a specific set of partners including VARs, SIs and alliances. This role is responsible for collaborating and building out annual plans with our top partners in the Central, US region, implementing high-impact marketing programs and tracking results to show ROI and impact. The ideal candidate will have held previous positions related to technology sales or channel marketing and has a strong track record of proven partner campaign execution and relationship management.

Responsibilities


  • Develop channel-specific campaigns that increase the visibility of Verkada solutions
  • Own and manage allocated budget for channel partners
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Verkada partners
  • Analyze and report on data to demonstrate effectiveness of marketing strategies
  • Oversee and develop marketing materials for partner-related promotions and offerings
  • Assist with resource and budget optimization  
  • Plan, manage, and execute events both onsite and with third parties

Requirements


  • 5-10 years channel marketing/field marketing related experience
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel (25%)
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Open to growing into a people manager role as market dynamics change and business needs evolve

Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Montana, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, or Ontario, Canada. If you are located near one of our U.S. offices in this region, it's a great opportunity to collaborate in person with your peers and visit the office on a regular cadence. Verkada has offices in Phoenix, AZ and Austin, TX. Further details can be discussed during the interview process.

Annual Pay Range


At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).Estimated Annual Pay Range$140,000 - $185,000USD
