We are Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities.Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking an Employment Development Specialist who will play a vital role in providing employment experiences through a system of supports to include assessment, employment development, employment training, job coaching, and scheduling.

Our ideal candidate:


  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Required. A. or certification as an Employment Support Professional preferred.
  • Three or more years experiences working in a similar capacity with adults with disabilities
  • Strong administrative and organizational ability;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good computer skills;
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours
  • Must have satisfactory background checks.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Access to reliable transportation is required, and may require the use of a personal vehicle to transport supported individuals
