There's no limit to what you can accomplish here.The Business Application Analyst on the IT Business Applications team is a critical player in our growing Corporate IT group. This role will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions through administration of our business systems.
This role will specialize in support of Finance teams and focus on NetSuite, Coupa, Concur and HubSpot systems. The ideal candidate will capture strong requirements, execute system administration and development with a deep understanding of business processes.
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to answer questions and provide solutions
- Configure SaaS systems, build enhancements and provide technical assistance for core systems based on requests
- Document technical requirements, system changes and processes for the wider team
- Preform testing of all enhancements in suitable environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver required updates
- Provide ownership of technical solutions and leadership in technical discussions during projects
What we’re looking for
- University or college degree in computer programming, information technology or an equivalent field
- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite
- Experience with Concur and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requests at a time
- Excellent problem solving, collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with technical support of the process of Order to Cash
- Successful data management, migrations and ETL experience
- Prior work with Finance teams is an asset
- Proficiency with Google G-Suite, Coupa, Five9, Jira is an asset
- Integration and Boomi experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn new systems and technology is a must for our evolving environment
