We’re on the hunt for a Shipping & Receiving Guru who is organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed to join our Service Delivery team. You’ll play a vital role in making sure our hardware and products flow seamlessly in and out of our hubs, from server components to moving physical gear.

Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Own the flow. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments—making sure everything’s in top shape and accounted for.
- Ship with style. Prepare outgoing items, from internal tech gear to customer shipments, ensuring everything arrives safely and on time.
- Track like a pro. Maintain accurate logs in our cloud-based inventory system (we love our software!), helping our team stay synced and organized.
- Keep it tidy. Organize stock, manage storage areas, and keep our fulfillment station running like a well-oiled machine.
- Be the communicator. Work cross-functionally with IT, customer success, and operations teams to ensure the right stuff gets to the right place, fast.
- Pitch ideas. See something that could run smoother? We want your input! Help us optimize our shipping processes as we scale.
What You Need:
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Must be able to utilize personal vehicle to travel to client locations to perform required work.
- On occasions, may be required to travel to service Verve clients.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 1–2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (tech environment = bonus!)
- Familiarity with shipping software, barcode scanners, and basic inventory systems
- A knack for organization and a passion for getting things just right
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with technology and learning new digital tools (we’ll train you!)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Preferred/Bonus: Entry level knowledge of networking principles & Voice Over IP (VOIP) experience
Salary Description$23.00-$25.00 hourly
