About the role:


We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organized Recruiting Sourcer & Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves crafting exceptional candidate experiences. In this role, you’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader team to creatively identify and engage top talent, support scheduling and logistics, ensure smooth interview processes, and help grow a stellar diverse pipeline for Nirvana. What you'll do:


  • Identify and attract top-tier candidates across technical, business, and cross-functional roles by leveraging innovative and strategic sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, and niche channels
  • Support recruiters to build diverse candidate pipelines, proactively sourcing talent for current openings as well as building networks for future hiring needs
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews by partnering closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient, professional, and seamless interview experience
  • Communicate frequently with candidates, providing timely feedback, logistics support, interview preparation, and follow-up
  • Act as an ambassador for Nirvana by demonstrating cultural values, consistently delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously improving our recruitment processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Ashby) and produce timely recruiting reports for the recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and tools, recommending refinements and enhancements
  • Assist in ad-hoc recruiting projects and support initiatives focused on employer branding, DEI initiatives, events and partnerships

About you:


  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting support, sourcing, coordinator, or talent acquisition function, ideally within fast-growing organizations
  • Experience sourcing candidates and building diverse pipelines, ideally across multiple roles or functions
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms and recruiting technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools such as Ashby, scheduling systems/Google Calendar)
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; you naturally build rapport with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to process excellence, always aiming for an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience
  • A proactive mindset—always looking for opportunities to increase efficiency, improve experiences, and lend support to your teammates
