Order Fulfillment Specialist


The Opportunity


InCharge Energy is in search of a dynamic Order Fulfillment Specialist who will play a pivotal role in supporting our Order Fulfillment team. This role encompasses various responsibilities, ranging from managing orders to contracts and asset registration. Working under the guidance of an Order Fulfillment Lead and collaborating with other operational team members, the Order Fulfillment Specialist ensures the seamless progression of orders from initiation to completion. Effective multitasking and the cultivation of strong relationships with leads, managers, partners, and service providers are crucial to guaranteeing optimal care for our customers.

What You’ll Do


  • Receive and efficiently process orders for EV charging equipment installations and services, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Serve as main point of contact between customers, service team, account managers, manufacturers, and subcontractors
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, installations, services, and/or subscriptions
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, catering to national or regional requirements based on ongoing programs and regional assignments
  • Communicate order details, provide installation/service updates, and address any inquiries or concerns to customers and key account contacts
  • Maintain and update Salesforce and portal sites to ensure accurate and current information
  • Issue purchase orders to Subcontractors when required and facilitate the approval of bills and invoices by Order Fulfillment Leads
  • Complete Asset and Subscription Registration process through guided Salesforce flows based of products sold
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Team and Service Team for post installation customer needs
  • Assist Closing Coordinator by effectively assigning and registering assets to the correct locations
  • Attend meetings and training as required to maintain proficiency on Order Fulfillment projects
  • Answer telephones and respond to multiple email inquiries in a timely manner
  • Report and escalate problems to management as needed

Your Experience and Capabilities


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in a role requiring detailed project coordination or a high-volume customer facing role
  • Experience in EV, solar, battery or similar industries highly preferred
  • Experience with software solutions to manage service or subcontractor deployment efficiency, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and dispatching software
  • Salesforce experience highly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, highly proficient Excel skills
  • Enterprising, self-starter attitude
  • Extremely detail oriented, required
  • Adaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business strategy
  • Proven working experience as a coordinator in a high-volume, fast paced field
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Detailed follow through, every time, with every customer

US Salary Range$24 - $25USD
