Product Operations at Coda


Join the Product Operations team at Coda and play a key role in our mission. Our team members deal with day-to-day tasks, working hand in hand with other departments to meet important business objectives.As a member of the Product Ops team, you will have the chance to chart your own course, contributing to innovative products that are vital to Coda's success. You will enjoy the freedom to try new things, aim for improvement, and confront challenges head-on. With your sharp attention to detail and enthusiasm for operations, you will handle everything from project planning and implementation to ongoing support.

The sky's the limit in terms of what you can achieve!As a Payment Integration Specialist, you’ll become part of the Product Operations team whose main focus is to support our publisher (Game industry and Creator Economy) during the implementation's pre-sales, integration and post-launch phases—continuously analysing and improving processes and tooling to ensure flawless experience of API users, regardless of whether it's a huge enterprise or another Codapay user calling our API.

Responsibilities


  • Customer Communication & Technical Guidance: Engage with merchants via online meetings to assist them in understanding and effectively utilizing our products and APIs.
  • Integration Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Regularly check merchants' integration status, promptly identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth integration.
  • Relationship Management & Needs Assessment: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Feedback Collection & Product Optimization: Gather merchant feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements.
  • Post-Launch Support & TPV Growth: Provide ongoing technical support post-launch and assist merchants in increasing their TPV.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to facilitate issue resolution and process optimization.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or integration.
  • Knowledge in RESTful APIs, Postman, and SQL; familiarity with Webhooks and OAuth authentication is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative, able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge with various customer support tools and platforms.

Nice to Have


  • Experience in the mobile application, gaming industry or payment technology.
  • Familiarity with mobile Webview and related integration technologies.
  • Multilingual abilities, native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English
  • Experience in dealing with China-based merchants is a plus.
