Global Dimensions is currently seeking a SeniorExercise Planner for a position at
Fort Shafter (primary location) and Makalapa at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) as an alternate location, must be willing and able to work at both locations based on client requirements.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Graduate of a Command and General Staff College Intermediate Level Education or Component Equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in planning and executing Component or Joint Exercise Programs
- Familiarity with all five phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
- Proficient in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Previous experience serving on staff at an Operational or higher-level Headquarters, such as a Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM
- Understanding of operational-level Joint and Multinational exercise design
- Capable of managing an exercise from initial concept through planning, and delivering senior-level concept of operations briefings
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Master’s degree
- 8+ years of experience serving at the Brigade level or higher
- Skilled in managing and supporting exercise budgets with various funding sources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Office 365 suite
- Familiar with JTT and ARTIMS systems
- Prior experience operating or serving in Japan
- Solid understanding of Multi-Domain Operations and related concepts
- Strong time management abilities and proven organizational leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
