Manager, Corporate Development & Strategy at HighRadius

Summary:

HighRadius is looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team with a focus on M&A, new venture development, and product / corporate strategy. In this newly created role, you will work closely with senior leadership (including our CEO) to identify, evaluate, and launch new business opportunities, including via M&A, partnerships, and organic product initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a SaaS, fintech, or finance background from management consulting, investment banking, fintech product management, or venture capital who wants to drive impact in a fast-moving environment.

This role will be full-time in our office located in Westchase (77042).

Your Day to Day:

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and product expansions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance) to develop business cases and go-to-market strategies.
Support leadership in shaping the company’s long-term product and growth strategy.
Support M&A (including post-merger integration) and new venture activities

To be successful, you’ll need:

3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, fintech product management, and/or venture capital or growth equity.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market research, and business case development.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
Experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS, and/or financial services is highly preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
