What You’ll Be Doing
- Give hands-on care in people’s homes
- Do full assessments – physical and psychosocial
- Teach patients and families about care plans
- Team up with PTs, OTs, LPNs, and social workers
- Stay sharp with documentation – OASIS, admissions, recerts, etc.
- Show up for team meetings and case conferences
What You Need to Have
- Active RN license in Virginia
- 3+ years of nursing experience (home health is a plus)
- CPR certified
- Clean background check
- Driver’s license, reliable car, and solid references
What You’ll Get
- Pay: $72K–$83K/year (Full-Time)
- Schedule options: Full-Time or PRN
- Reimbursements: Mileage, tolls, tech (up to $300 every 2 yrs), phone & internet
