VACANCY: TSU CPO - TEAM LEADER - GAUTENG

We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a team of CPO's at one of our prestige clients. If you are a well-trained and well experienced CPO who has a strong work ethic, a “can-do” attitude, able to work under pressure, accurate in task executions and continuous guidance to subordinates, then we are looking forward to receiving your application.
Minimum Requirements:
Submission of all administrative paperwork for TSU Payroll (monthly, 16-15, weekly timesheets);
Submission of leave applications and relevant motivation for sick leave, family leave etc.;
Deployment of relievers for leave applicants;
Legal compliance of CPOs (PSIRA, SAPS, Dept of Labour);
Coordinating Joint Operations between TSU CPOs and external security teams for high profile clients;
Working jointly with external security team leaders;
Organizing training schedules for fitness evaluations, refresher courses and skills upliftment;
Compiling written procedures and instructions for the client Security Protocol;
Coordinating event security for client functions;
Carrying out disciplinary action for CPOs pertaining to infringements of the TSU disciplinary code;
Drafting of monthly and weekly duty rosters;
Issuing and renewal of Firearm Permits for all CPOs;
Coordination of TSU Tactical units onsite (Providing Client Communication and Procedural Bulletins).
Minimum required skills:
- Grade 12
- Physically and Mentally Fit
- Handgun Competency
- Business Purpose for Handgun
- PSIRA – A Grade
- SASSETA Accredited CPO Course qualification
- First Aid Level 3 Accredited course
- Advance Driving (Offensive and Defensive)
- Computer Literate
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in Managing Fleet vehicles
- Experience in a Corporate Environment will be beneficial
- Excellent Client Liaison Skills
- Ensure Team member Compliance towards Client requirements
- Previous Team Leader Experience will be essential
- Experience in Conflict Management
- Knowledge of basic disciplinary processes
- Leadership Skills

- Excellent planning and preparation skills

Remuneration:
Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
