We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is an onsite position within our Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network technologies, with a particular emphasis on Cisco technologies and Meraki solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Monitor and manage network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Support and configure Cisco and Meraki network devices.
- Ensure network security through appropriate configurations and monitoring.
- Collaborate with team members to address network-related issues and projects.
- Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and Meraki solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
