ABOUT THE POSITION


Filson’s Ecommerce team is at the forefront of delivering unfailing goods to our customers — that’s where you come in. We are seeking a data-driven and analytical CRO Analyst who will take ownership of our A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization efforts across the website and digital marketing channels. Your analytical insights will drive decisions that enhance the customer experience and increase key performance metrics.  You’re not just passionate about numbers, you’re equally enthusiastic about men’s and women’s wear and have a natural curiosity for uncovering what drives customer behavior.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • A/B Testing: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive A/B testing strategy across the website to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  • Personalization: Develop and execute targeted personalization strategies that align with our brand values and resonate with our customers. 
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Focus on improving conversion rates, average order value, and units per transaction through data-driven strategies. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test results, customer behavior, and heatmaps to provide actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Customer Journey Enhancements: Continuously evaluate and refine the online customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, merchandising, and technical teams to ensure alignment with brand identity, site functionality, and product messaging. 
  • Technology Optimization: Utilize your knowledge of Shopify Plus and other relevant technologies to optimize site performance and stay updated on platform enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • 4-6 years of experience in website operations, merchandising, and optimization, with a strong focus on CRO.  
  • Proficiency in Shopify Plus and A/B testing tools, personalization tools, and analytics platforms like GA4.
  • A deep passion for men’s and women’s wear, with a customer-centric mindset. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and drive results. 
  • Highly curious and proactive, with the ability to independently manage projects and achieve goals.
