Senior HR Specialist – Driving Smooth Payroll and HR Operations
Nice to meet you! I’m Laura from the Talent team at LeadDesk. Together with Jutta, our Head of People, we’re looking for a proactive and passionate Senior HR Specialist to join our People team in Helsinki. You’ll join a close-knit team of four where teamwork is essential, playing a vital role in keeping our HR operations efficient and delivering an exceptional employee experience at every turn.

- Put your payroll expertise to work: From salary reviews to processing and approvals, you'll manage the full payroll cycle with accuracy and care, alongside a trusted team and reliable partners.
- Grow your HR skills: Dive deeper into HR operations and contribute to meaningful projects in a fast-moving tech company.
- Flexible and hybrid: Enjoy a work-life balance with flexible hours and a hybrid model—3 days a week at our cozy Helsinki office.
- Get the best of both worlds: the reliability of an established organization and the dynamic energy of a fast-moving tech environment. LeadDesk is a publicly listed SaaS company that builds its own cutting-edge technology and thrives on innovation.

Here’s what Roosa, one of your future colleagues, says: “Working at LeadDesk means jumping into a genuinely international setting, where you’ll get to work hands-on with HR and payroll across multiple countries. It can be complex—every country has its quirks—but that’s also what makes it interesting. You’ll learn a lot, fast.
