Diligent Consulting is seeking a Business System Specialist II to support one of the Department of Defense’s most dynamic logistics programs—JCXS. Key Responsibilities:
- Track projects and monitor stakeholder deliverables to support end-to-end program execution.
- Contribute to investment and portfolio management efforts in alignment with DoD priorities.
- Maintain documentation and reports to support the DoD Investment Review Board (IRB) and Enterprise Transition Plan (ETP) processes.
- Create and manage program schedules, reports, and presentations.
- Use MS Project, Excel, and ProSight to track risks, actions, issues, and deliverables.
- Provide real-time PMO support with updates, decision tracking, and weekly reporting.

and US Citizenship
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project, investment, or system support roles.
- Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) required.
- Knowledge of DoD IT systems and initiatives, including IRB, ETP, and S&OP processes.
- Experience with ProSight or similar portfolio management tools.
