We are seeking a VP of Integrated Payments to take ownership of the Relationship Management and Business Development team selling to and managing Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This individual will be responsible for executing strategies to increase revenue and ensure successful monthly, quarterly, and annual performance consistent with Bluefin Corporate Goals. This role reports to the SVP, Sales.

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Bluefin’s partnerships with independent software vendors (ISVs).
  • Develop strategies with senior leadership about target verticals and approach go-to-market.
  • Drive new business bookings growth through execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Apply strong sales methodology to drive opportunity closure and participate in and conduct sales meetings to develop the team through coaching and helping sales team in active sales cycles deals.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales goals on an individual basis.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and manage a sales budget for associated teams.
  • Ensure consistent successful monthly and quarterly performance against goals.
  • Manage team’s performance through agreed upon KPIs, and activity management.
  • Fine-tune value propositions (messages and sales pitch), listening to prospects and driving internal consensus around the sales strategy.
  • Maximize and maintain a strong pipeline by optimizing marketing generated opportunities while creating new opportunities through active prospecting.
  • Continually reassess and, if necessary, realign the team’s strategy to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with other functional organizations, providing constructive feedback to, Engineering and Product teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of platform and ISV expansion initiatives.

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience of Sales Leadership and/or Relationship Management in the payments industry.
  • Experience leading and growing sales teams within the payments industry.
  • Track record of YOY new business sales growth and accelerating team performance.
  • Experience managing a remote Team  in multiple state.
  • Track record of successfully building and sustaining relationships with clients (end users and/or ISV partners) in a payments software sales role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com required.
  • Exceptional communicator and listener, particularly with customers and prospects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful, and a positive.

Roof management for a large oil services company on over 500 facilities in the US and Canada management including assessment, capital planning, leak response, design management and construction quality assurance. Roof asset management program for over 60M square feet of roofs to the US Air Force nationwide. Management of roof, pavement and building envelope assets for a very large, nationally dispersed food processing company. BLUEFIN, LLC is a privately held company.
