We're specifically looking for a Cross-Initiatives Manager who is
already based in Saudi Arabia or Dubai. We are also seeking candidates who are comfortable joining as a 1099 independent contractor (or possesses your own LLC), without benefits.

This individual must also be comfortable working hours that support or overlap with Saudi Arabia. The current role duration could be anywhere between two to three years.*


The Cross-Initiatives Manager will drive the successful execution of global programs across multiple business streams, including Sustainability & HSE, Mining Industry Digital Platforms, Industrial Asset Management, Spare Parts Supply Chain & Logistics, Industrial Robotics & EMobility, Smart Cities, and Digital Business Services. This strategic leadership role will focus on portfolio alignment, prioritization, governance, and value realization, ensuring that all programs drive measurable business impact and are aligned with corporate goals.

As a Cross-Initiatives Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:


  • Aligning programs and projects to strategic goals using OKRs, balanced scorecards, and roadmaps to drive portfolio performance.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact to ensure effective resource allocation and delivery.
  • Leading end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, risks, and escalations.
  • Establishing and maintaining standardized project management tools, templates, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Tracking KPIs and business metrics to measure value realization, including cost savings, revenue growth, and efficiency gains.
  • Developing executive-ready dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations to support senior leadership decisions.
  • Facilitating investment and prioritization discussions with stakeholders, backed by robust ROI analysis.
  • Overseeing PMO governance, risk management, and process consistency to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing PMO team to ensure alignment with business objectives and promote innovation.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and accountability across the project portfolio

Requirements


You have:


  • 25+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading a PMO in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in portfolio management, program prioritization, and value-driven execution.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale programs in collaboration with multiple vendors and partners.
  • Strong background in project governance, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and executive decision support.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic communication skills.
  • Recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS Certified Project Manager.

You might also have:


  • PMP, Smart Cities Professional Certification, or other relevant project management credentials.
  • Background in digital transformation, enterprise system integration, or data governance.
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with urban analytics tools, data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and real-time performance tracking.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.


The annual salary range for this role is: 120,000 - 150,000, (1099 base salary)
