Lincoln IT, a leading provider of technology solutions and managed services, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and evolve the company’s financial operations. This senior executive role is ideal for an experienced financial leader with a strong background in accounting and operational finance, particularly in fast-paced, service-oriented or project-based environments.As CFO, you will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reporting, and financial planning.

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Lincoln IT’s continued growth and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all financial activities, including AP, AR, payroll, reporting, and budgeting
  • Lead and mentor a team of five direct reports within the Finance department
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce a robust system of internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and contribute to key business decisions
  • Manage banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit
  • Analyze and improve financial performance, focusing on profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of senior-level finance or accounting leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
  • Expertise in managing full-cycle accounting operations and team leadership
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reporting systems
  • Experience with project-based financial management, preferably in IT or construction-related services
  • Outstanding analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to assess and optimize vendor contracts and cost structures
