  • 15+ years of experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, or planning—small/mid-sized independent agency experience preferred.
  •  An unshakable belief in creativity—you know how to inspire teams and sell big, bold ideas to clients.
  • Expertise in brand positioning, consumer research, trend forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • An active, hands-on practitioner, not just a manager.
  • The ability to build, lead, and nurture high-performance teams.
  • A passion for emerging media, cultural shifts, and the ways brands can shape them.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and a comfort level presenting at the highest levels.

SALARY & BENEFITSActual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, skill set, work experience, level of responsibility, education, location, and current salary market data, to determine equitable salary placement.Base salary range at the time of this job posting: $225,000 - $275,000We offer a comprehensive benefit package for all full and part-time employees.

LOCATIONSeattle Office: DNA & STONE is working a Hybrid work schedule; required in-office days are Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week for employees who live in the Seattle metro region.Currently, we are hiring for this role in Seattle, WA only. Relocation offered. We are open to a 90-day trial remote period.DNA & STONE is an equal opportunity employer.
