What you will be doing:


  • Ensure all training details – course outlines, cohort size, training duration, trainer profile etc. is updated and current in SharePoint and on training catalog.
  • 2. Respond to all manager/ learner queries related to training operations.
  • 3. Work along with the CX finance team on the training prioritization process for a given quarter.
  • 4. Provide details related to course outlines, training cost, minimum and maximum cohort size, training duration etc. to managers/ SPOCS to help them prioritize the team’s training ask for the quarter.
  • 5. Work along with the internal (HTD team) and external training partners for cost, the possible training delivery dates, and trainer availability post finalization of all trainings for a given quarter.
  • 6. Seek confirmation from the SPOCS’, managers on the training dates shared by the partner and finalize the same.
  • 7. Update all finalized training details – dates, trainer information, number of learners, number of vouchers requested, training cost, delivery partner details etc., in the master delivery plan (MDP) on MS Excel online and SharePoint.
  • 8. Set up discovery/design calls for all new training requests/ first time requests between the manager/requestor and the trainer to better understand the ask.
  • 9. Work with the training partner to procure the Statement of Work - SOW’s for all trainings.
  • 10. Work with multiple parties’ stakeholders (training partner, SPOC’s, manager, SME’s etc.) to ensure that the course outline is reviewed and confirmed by business requesting for the training.
  • 11. Raise and record the request for all trainings in the EMS tool – Learning Management System (LMS).
  • 12. Work with the SPOCS for the nominations and update trackers with all information received from managers and training partner in MDP on MS Excel online.
  • 13. Share the training invite with the learners with the required training delivery details on WebEx.
  • 14. Share the nomination details with the training partner 1 week before the start of the training.
  • 15. Work with the learners towards completion of pre-requisites for various trainings.
  • 16. Share host key details over email with the trainer and the training partner and ensure that they are ready for the delivery before the start of the training.
  • 17. Raise and share the training feedback survey request in MS forms.
  • 18. Update the attendance for every training in the MDP and with the (Learning Services) LS team post training completion.
  • 19. Work with the learners for submitting the post training survey forms upon training completion.
  • 20. Assign the exam vouchers to the learners and maintain the record in MS Excel online.
  • 21. Update the survey results – CXSAT in the MDP and attach the final report.
  • 22. Validate the invoice details received from training partners vis-à-vis the PO issued and update the invoice details – Invoice number, Invoice date and Invoice amount in the MDP.
  • 23. Receive, analyze, respond and resolve all manager/ learner escalations related to training delivery.
  • 24. Prepare and present quarterly training metrics to business and internal stakeholders, SPOC’s and managers. Note the Action items and share the minutes post meetings.

What you need to have


  • Minimum of 1-7 years of experience in training delivery operations.
  • 2. Should possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to analyze data, report, and present information.
  • 3. Intermediate to advanced level knowledge in PPT and Excel.
  • 4. Ability to provide multichannel support by telephone, E mail and live chat – internal messaging system (WebEx teams).
  • 5. Should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to process multiple instructions and information to transform it into relevant actions.
  • 6. Strong knowledge of SharePoint.
  • 7. PMP certified preferably.
  • 8. Prior Cisco exposure/ experience will be preferred.
  • 9. Well versed in English.
