Role Overview


We are currently seeking Customer Support Interns, Junior Executives, and experienced professionals who are fluent in Taiwanese (Chinese) to join our expanding customer experience team.This opportunity is ideal for:

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Support (Chinese—Traditional): Deliver prompt and professional chat and email support to customers in Traditional Chinese, assisting with inquiries related to loyalty programs and platform functionality.
  • Translation & Localization: Translate and adapt various customer-facing materials—including FAQs, guides, and decks—into Traditional Chinese, ensuring relevance to the Taiwanese market.
  • Documentation Support: Prepare accurate and clear multilingual documents that meet internal and external communication standards.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with global teams to ensure language-specific requirements are addressed and service excellence is achieved.

Key Skills & Qualifications


  • Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in Traditional Chinese (written) and Mandarin (spoken) as used in Taiwan is required.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrates empathy, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Detail-Oriented: Precision in written communication, translations, and documentation.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Technology Familiarity: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and office applications (Google Suite, MS Office).
  • Team Collaboration: Open, communicative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team setting.

Experience Requirements


  • Interns & Junior Roles: Open to recent graduates or individuals with limited work experience who possess strong language skills.
  • Senior Roles: Candidates with previous experience in customer support or similar roles who are fluent in Taiwanese (Chinese) will be considered for senior positions.
