As the VP of Product, you will play a critical role on the executive leadership team by defining and executing OneVest’s product vision and strategy. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, adoption, and business outcomes across OneVest’s entire product suite. This role will manage a collaborative product team, working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, customer solutions, and design to deliver an exceptional wealth management experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision and multi-year strategy that supports OneVest’s growth and market leadership;
  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives;
  • Drive innovation across our platform, exploring new revenue opportunities and business models while staying grounded in user research and data;
  • Oversee all product management functions, including product discovery, user research, design, development, testing, and launch;
  • Build and lead a world-class product organization; mentor product leaders and establish best practices for product development and lifecycle management;
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable products on time and on budget;
  • Collaborate with GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to build successful go-to-market strategies and enable product adoption;
  • Establish key metrics and reporting frameworks to measure product performance, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure accountability;
  • Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to ensure OneVest continues to deliver differentiated, competitive, and compliant solutions.
  • Engage with customers, prospects and industry players to gather feedback and help disseminate OneVest’s message

Skills & Qualifications:


  • 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, at top tier firms;
  • Deep knowledge of US wealth management and SaaS;
  • Strong understanding of the global competitive landscape and industry participants;
  • Proven experience leading and scaling product teams in high-growth environments;
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing product strategies that drive growth, retention, and market differentiation;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a bias for action and measurable outcomes;
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using modern product development tools;
  • A passion for building innovative, customer-centric products that make a real impact
