What you'll do
- Edit and update employee attendance records.
- Prepare monthly calculations and reports related to students' working hours.
- Scheduling medical check-ups and safety training for employees.
- Maintain and edit employee records and personnel folders in line with regulations.
- Assist in maintaining personnel data, records, and documents with precision.
- Help with the preparation of labour-related legal documentation.
On day one you'll bring
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Reliability, precision, and a responsible attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and databases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships across a diverse range of people.
