As the Partner Support Representative, you will work within the Client Care team to provide great customer service. As a member of our team, you are our front-line connection with our customers and stakeholders. Day to day activities will be varied as you service our policy holders, vehicle dealerships, body shops, insurance agents to ensure our customers’ needs are being met. What will you do?

  • Maintain timely and professional communication with our partners and policy holders via email and phone calls.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with our partners and policy holders through effective and empathetic communication. 
  • Support brokers in quoting and binding insurance policies through fielding questions concerning eligibility and coverage options.
  • Assist with troubleshooting policy discrepancies and special broker requests.
  • Competently answer inquiries from our partners relating to their earnings.
  • Utilize strategies to retain and nurture existing customer relationships. 
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks relating to policy maintenance and work alongside other departments to provide a premium experience for both our policy holders and partners. 

What do you need to succeed?

  • Must be willing to obtain a General Level 1 Insurance License.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Mandarin, Punjabi, or French is an asset but not required).
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail are essential.
  • Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolutions skills to diffuse difficult situations in a calm manner.
  • Possess a high level of empathy, patience and understanding, and able to navigate difficult conversations successfully and professionally.
