The Field Ops Support Technician Role:
We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Support Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Testing Darkhive hardware and software products.
- Submitting bug reports / tickets to development teams.
- Assisting in product documentation development.
- Coordinating product demonstrations for end-users during exercises, expo's, and company events.
- Augment Business Development team and support DoD exercise and demonstrations, up to 50% of the time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, and Business Development.
Requirements
Qualifications you bring:
- San Antonio Local OR willing to relocate
- Part 107 Qualified
- 3+ years piloting drones
- 3+ years of experience in TAK family of systems
- ATAK, WinTAK, TAK Server
- 3+ years of experience with Government / DoD
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with ability to operate independently while improving current processes
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Valid passport
· Eligibility to work in the United States.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Network certification (within last 5 years)
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Software Tool Experience – JIRA, Confluence, Git
- Proficient in Linux
- Experience in the robotics, aerospace, or defense industries
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Military Veteran
