WHO YOU ARE:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated People Ops Intern to assist our People Ops department with project and operations related tasks.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- HR Administration – Assist in maintaining and updating People records, preparing reports, presentations and other day to day administrative tasks
- Onboarding Offboarding – Facilitate seamless onboarding of new team members, including system updates and offboarding processes
- Compliance and Documentation – Ensure compliance with organization’s policies and labor laws
- Project Support – Contribute to People process enhancements, including developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferable
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
