WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a People Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of HR, technology, and data. You’ll play a key role in supporting initiatives that streamline our people processes and enhance the effectiveness of our HR systems. From administrative operations to data-driven projects, this internship offers a unique opportunity to explore how tech and analytics are shaping the future of People Operations in the workplace.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Help build and automate HR dashboards for reporting on key metrics
- Collaborate on data analytics projects, drawing insights from people data to inform business decisions
- Research and evaluate AI tools and trends in recruitment
- Generate system-based reports and help maintain data accuracy and compliance within HR platforms
- Support the People Operations team in managing employee records, document scanning, and digital filing
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and cross-functional projects
WHO YOU ARE
To perform this role successfully, the People Operations Intern must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, education, and overall experience required for the role.
Experience & Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR tech, data analysis, and process improvement
- Curiosity about AI and its impact on HR and talent acquisition
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

WHERE YOU’LL WORK
- Productively work in a hybrid work environment which consists of 3 mandatory “all-in” days and 2 virtual days. Hybrid work environment is applied per position/department and may be subject to change per changes in the Policy.
