Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Driver's License and auto insurance
- Strong communication, typing, and filing skills
- Dependable, professional, and a team player
- Motivated self-starter who can manage tasks independently
- Great with time management and able to meet deadlines
- Friendly and helpful with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree (or in progress) in business, accounting, or finance
- 1+ year of admin or customer service experience
- Interest in accounting, business operations, or office management
Other Details:
- Temporary, part-time role
- Flexible schedule (minimum 2 days/week – exact days TBD)
- This position is onsite at our office

- Enter data, process invoices, and help reconcile accounts
- Support our team with organizing financial documents and digital files
- Assist with daily mail, filing, scanning, and general clerical duties
- Help keep the office organized and support the Accounting Director
