What You’ll DoAs the Senior Analyst, Global Indirect Tax you will report to the Director of Global Indirect Tax. This role is ideal for a data-driven individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of audits and tax research.Key Competencies:
- Business Partnership – Engages with business and other functions regarding existing or new business activities and tax requirements
- Business Systems Tax Requirements – May determine, maintain or review tax requirements, tax classifications, exemptions, rules, rates and tax updates for business, finance or tax systems to ensures usability of systems and data for tax purposes
- Team – Collaborates across indirect tax function and with other teams on business or tax changes and impacts
- Collaborates across license function and with other teams on business or license changes, impacts and continuous improvements for areas of responsibility
- Overseeing the preparation of the company’s Business Licenses, Annual Reports and Property Tax Returns
- Tax Audits – Assists with and may conduct tax audits and tax refund/credit reviews
- Independently executes State and Local Indirect tax returns and prepayments, including performing necessary research, analysis and effective use of tax compliance tools
Essential Job Duties & Functions
- Gather and analyze data to be used in the preparation and filing of monthly North American and Global indirect tax filings
- Ad-hoc indirect tax research
- Capable of assisting with indirect tax projects that will involve collaborating with the sales, operations, and IT departments
- Assisting with global audits by gathering and analyzing transactional data to prepare workpapers for review.
- Work with in-house team and outside consultants to review and assist with resolving notices
Qualifications/Skills
- At least 2 – 3 years’ experience with indirect tax
- Must have bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting
- Ability to identify, research, and comprehend changes in VAT legislation and the net impact
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks, while demonstrating a proactive approach in addressing questions or concerns promptly as they arise.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and adept problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft office products
- Experience with Sage/Intacct or Salesforce is preferred

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds/14 kilograms.
- This position is on-site at the Quint Office.
- Willing and eligible to travel internationally, as needed.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
