Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Manager to lead the WordPress Development function and team for our Legal Marketing agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing visually compelling, high-performing websites and digital assets for both mobile and desktop platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creating conversion-optimized landing pages and understands how design and functionality work together to support marketing goals. The WordPress Developer will join the leading legal marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC, and web design and development for attorneys and law firms across the U.S.
to deliver impactful digital marketing strategies that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create well-structured WordPress custom themes and plugins
- Convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working pages
- Optimize websites for mobile users
- Build back-end functionality, including server integration
- Maintain the appearance and updates of websites
- Conduct website performance tests
- Troubleshoot UI issues
- Create WordPress plugins to support site functionality and third-party API integrations
- Lead and manage a team of 4 Developers
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- English speaking and writing fluency required
- 6+ years of working experience as a WordPress Developer
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of Developers
- Strong working knowledge with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- High attention to design details and UI/UX features
- Working experience with front-end technologies
- Understanding of website aesthetics and architecture
- Working experience with Advanced Custom Fields Pro plugin
- Experience with the KodeKit task runner
Compensation:
- $45,000 - $55,000 Net MXN / Monthly
