Position Summary:The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and supports additional Vice Presidents within the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Office. This is the main support role and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role requires discretion, excellent judgment, and the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, global teams, and external partners.Key Responsibilities:· Manage complex calendars and daily schedules for executive staff.· Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistical arrangements.· Plan and execute offsite meetings, leadership events, and team offsites, including travel and venue logistics.· Assist in the development and formatting of PowerPoint presentations, charts, and other materials.· Organize and manage meeting agendas and consolidate briefing materials.· Lead planning and logistics for quarterly communications such as Town Halls and executive briefings.· Manage internal and external social and community engagement events for local teams.· Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and submit accurate and timely expense reports.· Enter purchase requisitions, order supplies, and manage vendor coordination.· Maintain and handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of integrity.· Serve as a representative of NXP in professional interactions with senior leadership, customers, and partners.· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.Required Skills and Experience:· Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives.· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe.· Experience with internal IT systems such as Concur, SAP, and AI-based productivity tools.· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.· Demonstrated ability to manage interruptions professionally while remaining focused and accessible.· Proven ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate executive needs, and propose effective solutions.· Strong project management skills and attention to detail.· Experience planning and coordinating team-building and social events.· Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.More information about NXP in the United States...NXP is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer regardless of age, color, national origin, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital status, status as a disabled veteran and/or veteran of the Vietnam Era or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
