Responsibility
- Managing and controlling production performance.
- Supervise and manage manpower on production.
- Managing manufacturing KPI Quality, Output, OTD, CT, Cost.
- Drive and execute low tech issue and Human error.
- Collaborating with operations to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Drive and execute the productivity improvement.
- Coordinator and execute for all system in production (CMSS, OOI, EWFM, RTD, etc).
- Managing all accessory in production.
- Safety risk assessment for production operating.
- Representative and supporting to any activities (Audit, 5S and GEMBA walk).
- Drive and execute total quality program in shopfloors (Kaizen, Gemba, Suggestion, Stop & fix, Standard work compliance, etc.)
Qualification
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of manufacturing, such as Science, Engineering, Industrial, Education, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent on problem-solving & decision making, planning, organizing, project management and coaching skill.
- Able to work in working schedule with shift rotation
